Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 working days - Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) ship from the UK.

Please Note: Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. 

Once your order has been fully processed and handed over to a shipping courier, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking details for your parcel.

As all deliveries are handled by shipping couriers (and are not under our control), all arrival times provided below are estimates. There is always a small chance that your delivery may come earlier or later than specified.

Before you finalise and submit your order please ensure that the delivery address is correct, including the postcode.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
EIGHTMOON is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Customers are responsible for paying the relevant import taxes and duties when an order reaches its destination country.
 
SHIPPING DELAYS
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. On occasion, shipping companies experience shipping delays due to harsh weather, shortage of staff, post office strike and force majeure. We are not able to refunds due to shipping delays. 

A signature is required before orders are delivered to prevent loss. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen item once the tracking shows that an order has been delivered.
